New kids on the block family against smoking.

This is a pledge to acknowledge that we as an individual and as a sister/brother of what we call Blockheads to stop smoking  when we know its harmful to either us and our children.  If we continue on smoking that just shortens my life by one more day.  This is my promise to find a program to help me step down from my smoking and clear my lungs from the tar that I have already consumed.  I am willing to fight this addiction for my children and my loved ones that want me around longer.  If I ever want to become someone other than who I am and to be looked as a hero in my daughter/sons eyes then this my pledge to stop smoking and to live without such a nasty habit. 

I have either witnessed a loved one killing themselves by smoking and getting lung cancer so why do I want my children and loved ones to go through the samething. This is the only life I'll ever have and I need to learn to live smoke-free.
